SOCK PUPPETS. (this study is for the beginner Ventriloquist)

dear beginner Ventriloquist: when I first started as a beginner Ventriloquist I had no idea about the art of ventriloquism all I knew is that I wanted to be a Ventriloquist. I would see Ventriloquists on television such as Willie tyler and Lester, I was a very big fan of Lester..and when I seen Edgar Bergen and Charlie McCarthy on television and movies, it was love at first sight, I then knew what I wanted to be when I grew up. kids in my neighborhood could sing, dance, rap, play instruments and play sports, so I looked around to see what I could do, sure I was a writer but it just wasn't, it's difficult to explain, well, I don't know, some people were born with a silver spoon in their mouth and I was born with a pencil and paper, some people were born with a singing voice and some were born to make art like comic books, like my older brother was born with the gift of drawing art paintings, he had a comic book collection such as marvel, my little brother could dance,he could Pop lock and breakdance and dance the electric boogaloo. In elementary school I enjoyed my born given gift but my little brother WOW the crowds and my older brother art of comic book paintings were mind blowing... leaving elementary school I gain more life experiences and begin to write with more creativity, and going into middle school is where I grow with more knowledge in writing because middle school had more classes and more study subjects. I always wanted to be in showbiz and I was already a writer and I really really love making girls in my school classrooms laugh out loud, so I also found out I was born with the gift of humor, I didn't understand as a young child in elementary school how easy it was for me to make people laugh. In middle school I put two and two together and realized that I am a comedy writer because in drama class I would naturally change the story lines in the play script , so my drama class teacher stop only doing drama school plays but start doing musical plays and comedy plays and mystery plays and love story plays!.. I started writing more and more in middle school but but but but all that writing just sit in a file in my bedroom, I was a young middle school writer, I can't get in a comedy club, I can't get on a night club stage, where? how? who? what? when?...I awake from a long sleep one day and there was a Ventriloquist figure sitting in front of me to help make  my dreams come true. all those questions were answered when I became a Ventriloquist. so to all the 
beginner Ventriloquists maybe you have a gift deep down inside you or a dream. maybe you could use a little helper like I did. 
the first thing you need to do is get started. 
one of the easiest ways to find yourself a little helper is a sock puppet. These sock puppets are simple sock puppets, and easy to make. you're a beginner so the only place you and little helper should be performing is at the family breakfast table and in front of a mirror during practice. 
take care of your little helper and someday practice time and rehearsal time will soon be show time!

as a beginner Ventriloquist you need to study arts and crafts, you need to study the arts of puppetry and you also need to learn about sock puppets. the art of puppetry is related to the art of ventriloquism.

Experiment with creating your little helper. remember socks are different sizes and colors so you don't need to just stick to the everyday socks that you wear. when you create your little helper gradually add on to your little helper, you don't need to complete your little helper at once but if you choose to do so that is fine also but if do finish your little helper at once, continue to update and grow with your little helper, try new lessons and jokes and songs in practice and rehearsal. create your little helper as you like and the way you want to create and I also understand that you may need a little help creating your little helper and if others would like to help you make your little helper that is wonderful also.
