PUTTING YOUR VENTRILOQUIST ACT TOGETHER (for beginners)

putting your Ventriloquist act together.. as a beginner in the beginning stages what you need to do is study study study but what comes after studying..after studying is writing and writing and writing.. what you need now is material, and ideas.. you need to write material and ideas to file..next is a joke collections, a poem collection, a song collection and so on, gather as much material as you want to file..the next step is to put a script together for you and your Ventriloquist character or characters, I don't know what you will write into your script, maybe a script on school safety or maybe jokes jokes jokes or a few sing alongs and a dance with your Ventriloquist character.. what do you do with the material you write into the script, you and your Ventriloquist character will practice and rehearsal to build the  script into a Ventriloquist routine after you have built this routine you then create another routine, these many routines will know longer be called a routine but will build into becoming a Ventriloquist act. while you create more and more Ventriloquist routines your Ventriloquist act grows.. when you reach the amateur Ventriloquists level, you will automatically have a Ventriloquist act.

When I was a beginner Ventriloquist putting my Ventriloquist act together was so much fun! I really really really really wanted to be a Ventriloquist so I write many many many scripts to build my Ventriloquist act. I had scripts with magic tricks, I had scripts with "yo mama jokes" I had scripts with holiday themes, I wrote scripts about two of my Ventriloquist characters arguing with each other, I wrote a skit with a skunk 🦨 character that I used for a walk around skit, the stinky skunk and I would walk in to the audience to ask people for a hug or the skunk would chat with someone standing very close to them,it was funny because the skunk puppet I used smell really awful. I enjoy trying to use all the five senses of the human audience members. If you can't write your own material you can get material from other sources such as joke books and poetry books and magic supply stores and so on. If a idea enter your mind write that idea down and never throw it away,work on the idea with your script writing, some ideas may be easy to create for a script writing and some may be difficult to create for a script writing but don't trash it if the idea is too difficult to create, put it in a junk file for working on it in the future. Ventriloquist figure travel trunk or suitcases! vintage doll books! sock puppets! Ventriloquist movies and doll movies and puppet movies! professional Ventriloquist concert tickets!,Walt Disney movies! marvel comics! Jim Henson the Muppets!.. this is what a beginner Ventriloquist life should look like.
