(for amateur Ventriloquists ) ______________________________________________ the my lips are sealed is a wonderful illusion if done correctly by the Ventriloquist..this illusion is done with duct tape and very good lip control. this illusion is better done with singing instead of talking..look at the photo so you can see the way the duct tape covers the lips, but don't press down the duct tape on to your lips, place the duct tape gently then blow a little air out your mouth,this air that you blow out is going to make a small gap hole between the duct tape and your mouth and lips, this gap is very important because this gap is where the sound of the voice of your Ventriloquist character will escape out..breath in through your nose and exhale your character voice out your duct tape mouth...this is not a close up illusion so your viewers or audience need to be a few feet away from the Ventriloquist. make sure you have lip control in order and you know how to create the illusion of life with a Ventriloquist figure...I have used this illusion many times, I suggest that you have the duct tape ready to be placed to cover your lips or you can enter the stage with the duct tape already placed covering your mouth and having the Ventriloquist figure singing or doing all the talking... the photo is a instruction on the way the duct tape should be placed on your mouth... two slices of duct tapes make the shape of an (X). *** the secret of this ventriloquism magic illusion is lip control and manipulation of the Ventriloquist figure and voice animation*****
