VENTRILOQUISM DOUBLE TALK. (for amateur Ventriloquists)

when a Ventriloquist perform with two Ventriloquist characters at the same time it's called double talk.

to perform double talk the Ventriloquist should have two different characters voices already created, each Ventriloquist dummy should have it's own different voice, the Ventriloquist should be good at lip control before performing double talk ventriloquism. each Ventriloquist character should have a different personality than each other, as you can see in the picture Edgar Bergen is with Charlie McCarthy the smart character and Mortimer snerd the not so very smart character..as you can see Edgar Bergen sitting in the middle so that he can manipulate Charlie McCarthy with one hand and Mortimer snerd with his other hand. When you perform double talk you and your two characters can sing songs, your two characters can take turns telling jokes, your two characters can argue with each other or the Ventriloquist and the two characters can all argue together... double talk ventriloquism can also be done with four voces and those voices are the two Ventriloquist characters voices, the Ventriloquist normal speaking voice and a voice coming from a telephone 📞.. you can sit one Ventriloquist character on your Left thigh/knee and the other Ventriloquist character on your right thigh/knee while you are sitting in a chair 🪑, you can also use two  Ventriloquist stand tables to sit your Ventriloquist characters on top of while you standing in the middle, another way is to sit your two Ventriloquist trunks on two chairs then sit each Ventriloquist character on top of each Ventriloquist trunk while you are standing in the middle, make sure the height of level is at a good level where you and the characters are face to face, If you need to get the characters to your face to face level you can sit books or a pillow underneath the Ventriloquist character sitting on top of the Ventriloquist trunk. you will need two different Ventriloquist character voices when performing double talk so work on developing one Ventriloquist character voice at a time, the more different characters voices you develope the more Ventriloquist characters you can create... double talk can also be perform with one girl Ventriloquist dummy and the other a boy Ventriloquist dummy, doing it this way separate the voices and characters for sure, this means the audience can identify with the ventriloquist characters that is talking.. double talk is name double talk but you can add more voices and characters to your double talk ventriloquism, if you get up to three different voices and characters the third Ventriloquist character will need to share one of the Ventriloquist thighs/knee.
