In some cultures people believe that a Ventriloquist doll can be haunted or could be a voodoo doll or has a evil spirit inside the doll in most cases this is based on superstition and as a student of this school we don't shy away from superstition, in this school we want to be like the scientists are in the laboratory and put superstition beliefs under a microscope....if a tribal society believes a Ventriloquist doll is a voodoo doll as a Ventriloquist we need to take advantage of the opportunity that the tribal society can bring us as so did the politician in the wizard of Oz. It is wise to constantly practice your craft, it is wise to always create in your art to be ready for all opportunities given to you as an artist, this school will teach you how to raise the dead, this school will teach you how love one's can talk to someone that passed on to the other side just as our ancestors did. It's old black magic used today in a closed minded world, theses are the days where Ventriloquists and A.I. are comparable, it was great being a Ventriloquist in the priesthood during our ancestors time and today it's great to dig up our ancestors artistic ability. We are illusionist and today human beings don't know what is real and what's not real. What is our goal here today? In this school your goal is to become the best student in creating the "what if" with the art of ventriloquism in the field of entertainment, we're not the priesthood anymore we are entertainers. as it was in the beginning it is now, let us not rule the world as our ancestors did with religion but let's rule the world as our founding father did with entertainment.. founding father? The answer is the great Lester and Edgar Bergen other instructors will mention the other three founding fathers as entertainers in the art of ventriloquism but this school only recognizes the two mentioned... Go down to the tribal society to bring their superstitions to life, then sale tickets to all the believers to come see the "SUPERSTITION" using the art of ventriloquism, be careful the tribal society might think your Ventriloquist act of their superstitions are real so be ready to RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!.
I am very proud of all the Ventriloquists today because they stand side by side with A.I. while the whole world Trimble in fear of A.I.. as it was in the beginning it will always be, the so call dying art of ventriloquism is here to stay.
when I was a very young Ventriloquist I bought a ouija board at a Hollywood magic store in Hollywood California many years ago to use in my Ventriloquist act my highschool sweetheart knew I was a Ventriloquist before I met her so seeing weird things in our home was normal but when she seen the ouija board getting ready to be used on stage in a show that I was preparing for she started kicking and screaming get that thing out of here now!! Throw that thing in the trash!! I didn't understand what why she was afraid of ouija board, I sit her down to explain to her that a ouija board is game board but she believes deep in her heart that ouija boards are evil. I am a Ventriloquist of arts and science so I throw away the beautiful brand new ouija board to ease my highschool sweetheart soul..I asked my highschool sweetheart many questions on her beliefs about the ouija board, I wrote a Ventriloquist act using a fake ouija board made out cardboard, The script I wrote was based on my highschool sweetheart beliefs about evil ouija board. it's funny how a big tough guy can push people around but run away from a bumblebee. When I performed lived The Ventriloquist act about the ouija board it had some eyebrows raising during the shows, it was my intention to do just that. Someone told my highschool sweetheart that ouija board were evil, as you witness here the audience thought the cardboard ouija board I was using in the Ventriloquist act was a real ouija board causing the audience to believe..the big tough guy was told that he could push people around so he believed it then someone told the big tough guy about the bumblebee so he believed that.. the power of Persian is in the Ventriloquist introduction, the person that told the big tough guy about the bumblebee used the power of Persian, the person that told my highschool sweetheart about ouija board convinced her with the power of Persian, when I opened my Ventriloquist act with the ouija board there were no need for the power of Persian because the audience were the same believers like my highschool sweetheart generation to generation. It is wise to gather gossip about your Ventriloquist character, it wise to spread rumors about your Ventriloquist character to your friend and family and audiences and if you can get some good stuff to the media that would be good for your Ventriloquist career, why because people just couldn't believe Charlie McCarthy had a bigger bedroom than Edgar Bergen daughter, and finally at the end of Ventriloquist Edgar Bergen show business career he explained to the whole world it was not Charlie McCarthy bedroom it was my office.
I once had a giant face mirror 🪞 Ventriloquist skit where I did poetry, when I speak my lips moving but when the mirror speaks my lips didn't move, the mirror reflection was not seen just the voice heard.
Ventriloquist: mirror mirror on the wall who's the most cutest of them all?..
mirror: not you you're getting old and bald.
Ventriloquist: I will punch you!
mirror: don't punch, don't cut or you'll have seven years bad luck.
Many years ago there was a cat puppet on the market that when you rubbed the fur, the fur changed colors, I used this cat puppet in many shows, the cat changing from a black cat to a white cat. I am not sure if you can find one of those puppets for sale anymore. The Ventriloquist act was based on people believed black cats were bad luck so I would end the Ventriloquist act with the black cat changing its color to a white cat.
It's was fun when I performed a Ventriloquist act using the zodiac signs and horoscope, it was a freestyle act, a audience member would come up on stage and my main Ventriloquist character will tell them their horoscope based on their zodiac signs, it was a audience participation comedy bit, most people want to know will they get married and my main Ventriloquist character had plenty of jokes for that question. It's fun the audience member can speak into a separate microphone and the Ventriloquist can speak into their own stage microphone because the question from the audience member need to be heard to understand the answers from my main Ventriloquist character because the answers are raw and with out rehearsal. People believe in zodiac signs and horoscope they read their horoscope every morning to see how their day is going to go for them and so I created a freestyle ventriloquist act to have some fun with the audiences. I also perform this zodiac signs and horoscope Ventriloquist act without the audience members up on stage to ask the questions about their zodiac signs, I would say the zodiac signs out loud and my main Ventriloquist character name Sammy would give the funny answers.this Ventriloquist act was written to entertain at my busy days of the birthday parties shows, good times those birthday parties shows!!.
