This is a semi pro Ventriloquist figure, this figure is not a toy. 
This semi pro Ventriloquist figure can be used by amateur Ventriloquist and semi pro Ventriloquist.. they can run up to a good 35 inches.
Very good for children shows, you can also used them for adult audience by sitting them on top of a trunk that is sitting on a chair, it give the audience a clearer viewing.

The reason these are semi pro Ventriloquist figures are because of the size, after 35 inches you move into the full professional size Ventriloquist figure.. if you want to know about what the big fuss is about of  Ventriloquist figure size, it's because after the size of your audience grow then the size of your Ventriloquist character may grow because you will be performing in a bigger room this means your Ventriloquist character will need to be seen in a bigger room by more people in the room.. professional Ventriloquist says that the Ventriloquist semi pro Ventriloquist figure are too small so that's why they use the full size 40- 42 inches Ventriloquist figure.

I say it doesn't matter the size of the Ventriloquist character if you have good material and be very entertaining.
