VENTRILOQUISM ALPHABETS DISCUSSION. ****(Class for beginners and amateur Ventriloquists) 🎽

W. is "oo"  
What when and where is
a whisperring of air in the beginning of the word not the letter the word taking in some breathe of air in then the Ventriloquist character voice will animate exhale the sound then the Ventriloquist tongue will pronounce the word so 
what when and where is
oohat oohen and oohere.

I don't have any trouble with my "W" I never knew Y and W was a problem.. I can say YMCA with out moving my lips and when I say the name WILLY I say WILLY but many teachers of the art of ventriloquism says the alphabet W and Y needed to be substitute alphabets.. so in my very own research if I did have trouble with saying "WILLY" the closest I can get would be is "oolly" or "illie" for example with mush animation on my Ventriloquist character voice it would be saying the name"illy Tyler " doing the same in a sentence, the audience ears should register name WILLY Tyler.

Y is in the voice control. The word youth is saying ewewth..EW-OO-TH..(animating the Ventriloquist character voice down then up).

The Ventriloquist tongue will actually be doing the work that the lips are supposed to be doing..the tongue is a muscle and as you practice on keeping your lips from moving the tongue becomes stronger 💪

Another way to help with speaking with out moving your lips is your script... when you write ✍️ your script for your Ventriloquist dialogue if you can change some words in the script with out messing up the script then that would be good if you want to cheat a little, for an example in the script has a school bully name BILLY change the name of the school bully to a name where lip control is not involved such as a name "JOE"  
many many years ago a professional Ventriloquist told me his secrets to his Ventriloquist routine and here I will give you the secret: the Ventriloquist did the same Ventriloquist act over and over for most of his Ventriloquist career.. the secret of his Ventriloquist "routine" was he wrote a script for his Ventriloquist dialogue that had no Ventriloquism substitute alphabets NO "B" for the Ventriloquist character lines, NO "F" for the Ventriloquist character lines and so on
and so on, this professional Ventriloquist also performed other talents such as magic tricks and playing the guitar 🎸 to cover the secret part of Ventriloquism.. script writing is also part of Ventriloquism keep that in mind.

I must be honest with you learning how to speak with out moving your lips is no different than learning another language.

Believe or not you will be speaking another language for communication and that communication will be to your audience members so yes learning to speak with out moving your lips is learning another language.

Another thing about speaking with out moving your lips is fatigue, make sure you have energy to speak because always remember that you are speaking for two. If you are fatigued it will effect your Ventriloquism skills.

Practice practice practice is a must.. the more you practice your jaw muscles and tongue muscles 💪 become stronger and your vocal cords become a strong reflex.. your breathing control become the natural of two...in your practice you will see with your very own eyes the Power of the art of ventriloquism.. I remember my first time I witness the power of the art of ventriloquism during practice in front of a mirror 🪞 to tell you the truth I freaked out and SCREAMED! it was amazing it was unbelievable that "I" little ol me could create something and do something so powerful..one day about age 12 or 13 I was practicing in front of a mirror and and and I looked in the mirror and my Ventriloquist character started talking and singing, I dropped my Ventriloquist character on the floor and ran as fast I could to my mother bedroom she said boy what's wrong with you! I told her what happened she went to my bed room with me and she watched me practice she looked at me sideeyed and was puzzled not ever meeting the art of ventriloquism in person.
