GENESIS 2:7 (THE BREATHE OF LIFE) *beginner Ventriloquist class* ✍️

We are going to tap in on the subject of how to create a human figure.
This subject is based on bring your Ventriloquist character to life and creating the illusion of life.
First you may want to polish your acting skills not for yourself but for your Ventriloquist character..the word make believe is exactly what it says it is and if you don't believe than it's not believable, this means if you don't believe that your Ventriloquist character is a human figure then your audience will not believe it's a human figure, your Ventriloquist character is a actor and you are the believer, you are flesh and blood, you are a real person, you are the mirror of your animated human being.. your Ventriloquist character is a mockery of you, your Ventriloquist character is a imitation pretending to be an original.. your job is to believe in this so call world that your Ventriloquist character lives in that is called the world of make believe.

In some cases the Ventriloquist character power of belief could be so strong the Ventriloquist does not want to shatter it with reality so the Ventriloquist enjoys living in the world that the Ventriloquist character lives in.

Breathing life in to creation of your animated human being is going to take some bonding time, getting to know the creature, then you give your partner a name... during bonding time is fascination in learning about your creation, likes and dislikes about your creation, and in some cases the creation might have some dislikes about it's creator but you being the authority figure I have no say in that.

How to create a soul.. in creating a soul for your creation you need emotions such as jealousy, angry, sad, happy and so on...next you need to write a script any script... I will tell you why the bonding with your creation is needed, it's needed because it's called searching for a personality not character development quite yet but a personality search... after you have written a script, place your creation in the script, to experiment with it's "RE-ACTIONS" or response on the script..
script example: you: I bought a new car yesterday (write how did the creation react or respond about you buying a new car yesterday, was the creation happy or sad or didn't care) then in the script you may respond or react to your creation in your own way or you may change the subject.. in this experiment you are learning how to write for this personality..
as the personality grows with a identity of human emotions the creature developed a soul of it's own this is where the level begins in character development.. character development is as audience members we know the difference between Charlie McCarthy and Mortimer snerd.. in your scripts your Ventriloquist characters will come to life as a living animated objects in a Ventriloquist act.
Some animated objects are so powerful in the illusion of life the Ventriloquist can perform with out lip control.

Ventriloquist character: hey! wait a minute!
Ventriloquist: what's the matter?
Ventriloquist character: I just noticed something...
Ventriloquist: yes, what you noticed is true, I am Ventriloquist...
Ventriloquist character: WHAT THE HECK IS THAT!!!..
Ventriloquist: I breath life into you....
Ventriloquist character: you mean to tell me all this time...
Ventriloquist: yes my breath gives you life...
Ventriloquist character :no wonder my life stinks!

If the Ventriloquist chooses to play a character in the script that is fine but the most important role of the Ventriloquist is authority figure...a Ventriloquist can be themselves in the script or the Ventriloquist act or they can also be a character in the Ventriloquist act...
The Ventriloquist characters are the actors the Ventriloquist is a human guide in better words a HOST...
The Ventriloquist character can tell jokes this means if the Ventriloquist is not a good comedy script writer the Ventriloquist character can tell jokes from a joke book 
For example: Ventriloquist character: I got a joke!
Ventriloquist: okay tell me your joke...
Ventriloquist character: what is red yellow and green?
Ventriloquist: I don't know...
Ventriloquist character: COLORS! 

(if the Ventriloquist is not a very good singer the Ventriloquist can ask the Ventriloquist character to sing a song, the Ventriloquist character singing is better accepted from a audience than a Ventriloquist that can't sing.. when the Ventriloquist character sing it's cute and funny and charming) 

If the Ventriloquist is not very good at magic the Ventriloquist character can help the Ventriloquist bring in COMEDY MAGIC.. 

If you ever wanted to become apart of poetry now your little helper will be your little poet.

Creating your helpmate will be more help than you can ever imagine for your Ventriloquist career..
No matter what you're not a expert at your little helper will be an expert at. 

Once you have mastered character develop where your Ventriloquist character has it's on identity and soul of it's own then if you choose to go off script or freestyle it will be very comfortable for you...
Make a note: SOUL is EMOTIONS.

In testing the soul of your creation when a audience member asks a question the Ventriloquist character will answer and without your knowledge.. and usually the energy will connect with the audience positively and you the Ventriloquist are going to wonder where did that come from, sometimes Ventriloquists freestyle and sit back to let the Ventriloquist character run free off script but the Ventriloquist is always on guard.. good bonding with your creation helps when you can't remember your lines in Ventriloquist act your Ventriloquist character will step in to help you so when you are up there performing don't ever think you're up there alone if you put in bonding and practice and rehearsal time. 

Let's me explain about this subject.. a gymnastics athlete practice practice rehearsal rehearsal when the gymnastics athlete is performing the body and mind are trained on what to do, if a gymnastics athlete doesn't practice then the performance is effected same with this subject.
