Here we study the history of show business. 

In this class we learn about advertising our Ventriloquist act.
You might need to zoom in on the old news paper clip to read it but I wanted to keep it as original as I could because this is very very important history to the art of ventriloquism. 

I would also like to mention I am proud of the Ventriloquist creativity in naming his Ventriloquist character, the Ventriloquist character name "PORTHOLE" is for sure a one of a kind name, I like the original brand of the name of the Ventriloquist act, the branding is catchy.

In 1942 news papers were a giant media just like smartphones are today, people read news on their smartphones today but advising has not changed.. this means the announcement of Ventriloquist ray Parker and porthole can be done the same way in 1942 today. 

Don't be afraid to advertise your Ventriloquist act appearing at a location as you can see for yourself ray parker and porthole advertisement is still being seen today.

If you can not afford to advertise in a big media outlet then create your own advertisement by word of mouth or other ways that are affordable to you.. if you look at the announcement clipping of ray parker and porthole it's not a very big advertisement and your advertisement of your Ventriloquist act doesn't need to be a very big advertisement unless you want it to be.. today on social media there are advertising called pop up ads and you will not believe how affordable those pop up ads are, I mean if you are very serious about being in show business then you will be comfortable with the price of investment in pop up ads but if you're not a serious show business amateur Ventriloquist then it might not be a very wise investment for you.

Ray Parker and porthole make history in the art of ventriloquism not for being world famous but this school recognizes ray parker and porthole on a local Ventriloquist artist level. 

I have met night club entertainers that had a line of people standing in line outside the night club.. you don't need to be a movie star to be a successful entertainer.. and I do want to mention I truely miss my night club entertainer Ventriloquist career. 

I remember my show business manager making announcements of my Ventriloquist act in the news paper back in the day..it was wonderful seeing my Ventriloquist act name and pictures in the news papers.
