be your own MOVIE 🎥 STAR (show business class for amateur Ventriloquists)

So you want to be a movie star just like Edgar Bergen and Charlie McCarthy! 
When I was a amateur Ventriloquist there were no social media so I made my own movies of my Ventriloquist act and during date night or with family and friends my home movies would be the big movie feature.. YouTube is where people like me begin the creation of YouTube but today this class is not about YouTube or social media this class is about the amateur Ventriloquist that wants to start their own Ventriloquist movie production company like I had many years ago, and I give you the blue print and secrets here about my homemade movie production company..sure many years ago some of the professional Ventriloquists movies were nothing more than homemade videos with a distributor company and today we can use the same technology from my generation with out the middle man and the middle man would be the distributor. What you need is equipment from my generation which is a 📼 cassette video camera or a DVD 📀 camera, wait don't laugh at the old technology because with this equipment there's no middle man so that means "YOU'RE THE BOSS" you're the writer, the editor and the movie star and the distribution plus much more... you will for sure need to put your 🤑 money where your mouth is on this project but like I mentioned before you're the boss... your Ventriloquist character is in the physical not digital so bringing this project from off social media into the physical world should fit perfectly.


Basically what you're doing is taking your Ventriloquist act from the middle man to keep it for yourself.. this means instead of social media using your content for advertising and promotions you yourself will use your Ventriloquist act for advertising and promotions..if you are booked for a birthday party show or a comedy club show take your DVD camera or VHS camera to film your performance live,wait you say I have a smartphone for that but you don't own the content this is about cutting out the middle man.. when you begin to go into production to produce your live shows on film, you need to edit or you can leave the content raw like my generation did..next is printing, what ever the title of your movie..next if you like to have more than one copy DVD and VHS have recorders where you can duplicate..you may ask what audience have a DVD player or VHS player today, like I mentioned before you are cutting ✂️ out the middle man you're the boss now the BIG BOSS! that means with this physical project you need to put your money where your mouth is so let me give you a short story, when famous talk show host Howard Stern was leaving old radio to go to the new technology radio he did a new technology radio device giveway or prize give away to some of his listeners, I was not one of the lucky ones I purchased the new technology radio to listen to the Howard Stern radio show ...in your case you will need to invest in the DVD player or VHS player so that your audience can watch your very own Ventriloquist act MOVIE! and if my generation can do it this way I am very sure you can do it this way today. 

It's a investment in your Ventriloquist career..DVD and VHS are still being sold online today I myself buy DVD movies and VHS movies theses days and trust me if I see a Ventriloquist act on DVD or VHS I am going to buy it so yes there's still a market for homemade movies today.

Edgar Bergen owned many many photo cameras, where during his radio career you could not see his Ventriloquist act, Edgar Bergen other talents were cartoon artist, Edgar Bergen used his other talents as a cartoon artist so the audience could see his Ventriloquist act, but when photography 📸 camera became available Edgar Bergen replaced the cartoons of his Ventriloquist act with photos of his Ventriloquist act, so that the audience can actually see Edgar Bergen and Charlie McCarthy in the physical. Those same photos and cartoons created by Edgar Bergen can be purchased online today.

After you finish your Ventriloquist act movie you have something of your own..now you have a physical product of your Ventriloquist act... simply buy a DVD camera or VHS camera then start filming your ventriloquism. Basically you will become a owner of your own production company once you have equipment to produce your own product.. and your product is your Ventriloquist act on film.. if you are a live performer, meaning if you perform your Ventriloquist act in front of a live audience that makes you a physical performer and not a digital performer, this give you another performing opportunity for your Ventriloquist career in selling and self promoting your Ventriloquist act. 

I remember uploading all my DVD and VHS live performance shows on a social media site then I destroyed most of those live performance shows of my Ventriloquist act, a couple years later the social media site went out of business, all that live performance content of Ventriloquist career was gone, this is why this class is very important so that you know not to put all your eggs in one basket. on planet earth you want to own something, and being a Ventriloquist it's nice to own your Ventriloquist characters, I look at my main Ventriloquist character every morning and I feel proud of myself to create and own a part of the art of ventriloquism.. if you decide to start your own Ventriloquist movie production you will become a owner of your own products for fun or even profit. 

Where to sale your DVD Ventriloquist act? There's many online places such as criegs list and "yard sale . com" pentrist and even your very own website or at your live shows for giveaways and prizes.. it's called self-promotion and your Ventriloquist act on DVD or VHS is no different than your Ventriloquist act on a T-shirt 👕 or a 🧢 hat.. taking advantage of the old technology today is a extra tool in the toolbox 🧰 .

I know you might be thinking that's too much stuff for theses days.. it's not "stuff" it's equipment for your Ventriloquist act production company.. most production company and studios have a lot of "STUFF" it take "stuff" to make "stuff"....the reason there's warehouses is because factories and companies make a lot of stuff so if you are a serious Ventriloquist then someday you will have stuff in a storage unit then your Ventriloquist career will grow and grow to your stuff being in a warehouse yes you will have so many movies and STUFF and equipment you will be dancing like a famous tennis player at the Superbowl! 👟 👟

In your production line of your Ventriloquist act movies create a line of portable DVD players, sealing the content shut closed inside, this means the DVD can not be removed from the the portable DVD player with out destroying the DVD player device.. this also means that the purpose of you creating the product maintain it's purpose just like other manufacturers, for an example someone may want the DVD player device to remove your content so they can watch other content or perhaps they might receive your show as a free prize and remove your content then sell the device.. you should protect your interest of your Ventriloquist production..the device and content belong together so after you have finished filming your Ventriloquist act put the 📀 DVD inside the portable DVD player close the top cover of the DVD player, after testing to see if your Ventriloquist act is good on the DVD screen take super glue to seal the DVD top cover shut closed, close where it can never be open with out breaking the DVD player, your goal is for your Ventriloquist act movie to be watched on this device so try to avoid your products from being used for any other purpose, even if your DVD player is a free give away or prize it is your product in the physical this means people sit in chairs today, this means people still wear clothes today, so chairs and clothes are physical items. 

Portable DVD players can be installed in vehicles and some vehicles are built with DVD player devices.. portable DVD players and portable VCR players are still available on the market today.

Marketing your Ventriloquist act movies can be a wonderful way in self-promotion rather than profit. 

This project is a very affordable project because I was window shopping for a DVD camera I own many years ago and the price is twice as low today that it was many years ago. 
I enjoyed the video camera that you put inside the mini DVD and start filming and editing then in minutes you are watching your Ventriloquist act on DVD,then take the DVD out the camera and make copies on a burner. 

Yes your DVD or VHS project can be done with out the portable DVD device because some people have their own VCR and DVD players today so if you like to produce a production of DVD 📀 disc only that is okay but you would also need to print and case your DVD and VHS 📼 cassette tapes if you choose not to seal them permanently inside a portable DVD player or portable VCR. 

a case is the plastic box the DVD or VHS cassette tapes will be stored in, on the case will be a print of your photo and the title of the movie and so on. 

Plastic case for 📼 vhs cassette tapes and 📀 DVD disc..there are also Blu-ray 📀 disc available on the market today.


Let's talk briefly about ownership, people spend lots and lots and lots of money at a realtor office or at a jewelry store, and people make car payments every month, why? Because they want to own something, and it is the same for this project. 

This project also builds a private showing for your audience, this means social media is not "private" even if you select "private" your content is viewed before it even go live, something you need to keep in mind when filming on a social media app.. this project will be in your full control of privacy or public use.
