On this subject we take a look at Ventriloquist versus machine.

You may think being a Ventriloquist you don't have any opposition but I tell you the truth you have many many challenges and oppositions being a Ventriloquist.

Why a Ventriloquist should never use robotics, two reasons.. first reason "what's the point in being a Ventriloquist if you use robotics... second the invention of radio wiped out vaudeville and that brought many Ventriloquists to starvation also bringing the art of ventriloquism to almost to an end, yes radio is robotic because it's technology, the art of ventriloquism has been taking the challenges of new technology since it leave the priest hood and becoming a art of entertainment.. today the world Trimble with fear of A.I. artificial intelligence, some governments around the world want to do away with A.I. then there's other governments wanting to advance A.I. even the Pope has mentioned his thoughts on the subject of A.I. as a ventriloquist I take notes on the world of ventriloquism concerning artificial intelligence and the report at this moment in time the art of ventriloquism is growing and moving strong, not being effected by A.I. but I did see a well known Ventriloquist using a robotic Ventriloquist figure, the Ventriloquist act was based on his main Ventriloquist character doing the show with out him the Ventriloquist so the Ventriloquist leave the stage having the "Ventriloquist dummy robot" come to life on its own...it was no different than watching a Chucky movie, the Ventriloquist dummy robot was very mechanical, and it was not as entertaining as a ventriloquist act.. the art of ventriloquism is a art and being a Ventriloquist is being a artist.. so what's the point in using robots or remote control figures.

When 🚂 trains came on the market, there's a old story where bets were made that the biggest strongest fastest man could out run the train, well the story goes the man did out run the machine but the man dropped to the ground at the finish line then passed away.. today there's a challenge on social media called one hundred humans versus a gorilla even though that a gorilla 🦍 is a animal and not a machine the human factor is the same meaning Ventriloquist Edgar Bergen took the "what if" then went on the radio with his Ventriloquist act, understand that people said a Ventriloquist on the radio was impossible thanks to Edgar Bergen the impossible became possible, Ventriloquist Terry fator winning against a pop music act made the novelty act a competition against all acts. 

As you can see why robotics are the forbidden fruit for the Ventriloquist, simple because we are competing for survival as artists.. children today are entertained by devices, digital devices and technology but the art of ventriloquism defeated radio and television and standing with social media today.. what you should always keep in mind is what the invention of radio did to the Ventriloquists, so a Ventriloquist using robotics is like a taxi driver sending his customers a self driving car... many protesters are marching all around the country because of A.I... us Ventriloquists should take notes from those protesters. 

as a artist in the art of ventriloquism, you want to keep the art alive, this generation is a device generation, Edgar Bergen career survived many generations such as radio and film, as a ventriloquist we learn from our pass so that we prepare for the future..it is fortunately that the art of ventriloquism exists in this generation thanks to Terry fator, and many many more.. it is wise not to touch the forbidden fruit besides what's the point in being a Ventriloquist if you choose the forbidden fruit.

What we learn here? We learn that being a Ventriloquist is not "being a looser" it's challenging and very exciting being a Ventriloquist and being a artist in the art of ventriloquism.. I mean the history of Ventriloquist Terry fator is shocking and the story of Ventriloquist Edgar Bergen is jaw dropping. 

Chucky is a robot doll in the movies...Ted is a robot teddy bear and animation in the movies, Megan is a actress and mask in the movie. a Ventriloquist character can be marketed the same way these movie characters are.. today a Ventriloquist using robotics is going down the wrong road, a Ventriloquist character is part of the art of ventriloquism there's no need for robotics in ventriloquism, all those movies mentioned have characters then the target audience is "Ventriloquist character" not robotics.
