Dolls?... most people think of a doll as a toy...

Most people think of a doll for children....


Here we will take some notes on creating images.

The god of the universe said Let us make man in our image..then man was created out of the dust of the earth and shaped into clay. Then the god of the universe breath 🫁 life 🧬 into the clay man and the clay man image became a living soul ❤️...

the image has taken on many forms... Such as statues 🗿 that spoke, then statues not made of stone but wood and other material was called a doll,then the doll began to move this was called a puppet then the puppet began to talk this was called a Ventriloquist dummy or Ventriloquist doll..we not forget about the mannequin, the mannequin falls under the statue category with a different kind of material not related to stone.



even though a puppet and a dummy are physical image, a doll is a imaginary physical image this means a puppet or dummy will speak and move in the physical but a doll will only speak and move in the imagination...not understanding or confused, let's explain here, a doll is created for imagination, the voice is heard only in imagination, they only move in imagination not a puppet, a puppet move by manipulation and a dummy is called a dummy because they don't speak but someone else's voice is provided for them to speak.


in ancient history dolls were used by witches because they would tell a person they cast a voodoo spell on them, then the voodoo doll was used, the person would imagine that the spell cast on them came from the doll and the image of the doll would be in the person imagination...the person would beg the witch to have the voodoo doll remove in return the witch would ask for a fee to have the doll go away. 

Many types of dolls on the market today, Barbie are very popular dolls...but dolls can also be used for ventriloquism today, there's a few shows online  even though the dolls mouth don't move when they are talking I understand stand the concept of the creation, the dolls are computer animations for movement and the voices are a dialogue conversation...the good thing about some of these online doll shows is that it's not completely computer animations and keeping it doll related, and that is having the viewers use their imagination.
To much computer animation for a online doll bring a doll into the robot 🤖 category not leaving much to the imagination and that defeats the complete purpose of the doll. 

A doll is a doll, it is a comforter and a imaginary friend or person. The voice of the doll is in the mind of the beholder meaning the owner or the child..a doll is pretend life, a dolls life is a pretend world of make believe manipulate by the beholder or owner...not like a puppet or dummy a doll is a silent partner.

A doll is not a cartoon a cartoon character is a animated figure, if you paint a stick figure on many sheets of paper then flip the page in quickly the stick figure seems to move "seems" that is called animation, manipulation is created by hand of a person, manipulation is "seems" to move so if a doll has movement it is done by manipulation of the beholder...a doll is not a robot this means a doll is not to be used in animation. You can find some online shows where you have the dolls moving with a lot of animation and those images are no longer dolls but they are animated cartoons, this means instead of art painting 🖌️ figures dolls are used then generated with computers and that moves into the technology category. Not much of creation or talent or artist skills when a computer does all the imagination for the Creator... someone without an imanation has no thoughts on dreams and dreaming they live in a fantasy world of their minds theses fantasies can shine through a doll, meaning the fear of dolls..in a note taking here keep in mind imagination and fantasy are not the same... and in another note keep in mind animation and manipulation are not the same... and in another note as a Ventriloquist you should note that dolls are apart of ventriloquism, we are artist in the art of ventriloquism that creates the "what if"... 
the Ventriloquist should always ask the question can a baby doll seem to cry or speak or move standing beside me...it a custom for a Ventriloquist to use a puppet or dummy but before the puppet or dummy the Ventriloquist used the doll during in pass history then soon a moving mouth was added to a doll...in ancient history statue "seem" to speak and puppets on a string dance in ancient history.
