'THE VEIL'  is a Ventriloquist skit. 

The Ventriloquist is wearing a wedding veil..the Ventriloquist face is covered by the see through wedding veil. 

The Ventriloquist dummy is doing all the talking in this skit. 

This Ventriloquism skit can also be performed with double talk, double talk is when the Ventriloquist perform with two Ventriloquist puppets at the same time..so in a case like double talk one Ventriloquist puppet can be the groom and the other Ventriloquist puppet can be the minister or what other type of Ventriloquist character you would like to write in to the script.. performing double talk the Ventriloquist should be in center.  

In some situations the bride can perform with out the Ventriloquist puppets by using sound effects that gives the Ventriloquist voice a echo sound of "thinking", meaning the audience can hear the Bride thoughts. 

In this skit the Ventriloquist is hidden but slightly seen in view..this means sound and audio is very important, sound will be the strength for this type of Ventriloquism. 

Lip control is not so much important during this skit but voice is very important and manipulation of the Ventriloquist puppet is important.

Writing wedding jokes and marriage situation comedy will be the idea 💡 for this skit. 

A long lace veil can be purchased at a wedding supply store and any white dress 👗 can be a substitute for a wedding dress..a wedding costume can also be rented from a costume party store... your Ventriloquist puppet can wear a tuxedo or a business suit if you like to have a wedding stage setting. 

Just imagine all the comedy material that can from the Ventriloquist character..I used this Ventriloquist skit during my comedy clubs days and one of my hit jokes was when my Ventriloquist character was the groom and I was the bride covered in a white veil and dress said to the audience " you got to be kidding me that wedding dress should be BBBLLLAACCCKKK!!! the audience were on the floor laughing... this Ventriloquist skit is from my old comedy file...if you brain storm on writing comedy for this skit you will for sure create some pretty funny writing because the Ventriloquist is the punching bag for the Ventriloquist character punchline, and the audience see the bride standing next to the groom... another one of my hit jokes in this skit for the comedy clubs was the groom says to the audience in every family someone has to give the bride away it wasn't her father that gives her away, it was her cousins her sisters her brothers her momma and the cockroaches in her underwear!
