learning to produce private viewings would be a gatekeeper job, a private viewing is a secret event for invitations only or appointment only of very rare merchandise or vintage items, I have been to many of theses private viewings, some allowed you to take photos of the items and some was no photo taking or recording audio of the speech about the items.. these items were very very rare items you only read about in the history books but to see them in person and hear their stories are a remarkable experience and expensive but worth every penny and every minute.

sometimes you get lucky at a yard sale or garage sale, sometimes your parents or grandparents own items from their childhood that grew into becoming a vintage item, it would be wise for you to keep it with a Lock 🔐 and key for future investors.. the old saying another man trash 🗑️ is another man treasure 🪙, finding old items to restore back to new is worth the investment these days because of the world today, people my age make fun of teenagers today because the joke is handing them a 1970 telephone 📞 to watch them try to figure out how to use it, another funny thing is car keys, teenagers today are confused about car keys..as gatekeepers we are father time, we keep history alive.. toys were once a imagination builder, dolls were once upon a time a child imaginary world as time move on history is lost with wars and the acts of God so all arts have gatekeepers, the mona Lisa is here because of the gatekeepers, old "books" are here because of the books gatekeepers, with audio books on the market today the public no longer need a actual book with curbside service the public has no need to go to the grocery stores, today with A.I. who needs a dictionary, old black and white silent films can be watched today because of the gatekeepers, that brand new restored 1965 Ford mustang can be viewed again because of the gatekeepers..
so us gatekeepers live underground to protect the life of the art of ventriloquism... keep that in mind as a beginner in the art ventriloquism the new generations seeking answers will question the gate keepers, I hope that you understand. 

Being a gatekeeper for the art of ventriloquism also includes meeting professional ventriloquists for reports, what that means is that gatekeepers meet and greet the entertainers, performers, figure maker for documentations.. documentations can be interviewing or photo taking and so on. 

Can you make money as a gatekeeper is probably a question most beginner want to know, well this school doesn't have any rules for students but here at this school all students are neutral so as a gatekeeper for the art of ventriloquism you are a historian, a writer, a reporter, a investor, a author, and a protector of ventriloquism..a gatekeeper is a profession in knowledge of a particular art therefore "professor" would be a easier label to be recognized for a career.
