This is a cute Ventriloquist act instead of using a actual Ventriloquist puppet the Ventriloquist use the art of shadow puppets to entertain the audience. 

Remember to always use a shadow puppet with a moving mouth for creating this Ventriloquist act, you will discover most of the shadow puppets don't speak or talk so this is the creation of this Ventriloquist act.. making shadows that speak, talk and sing.
